Five One Eight on Eighteenth Avenue

518 on 18th Avenue may be nameless, but this little seven-suite walk-up is solid concrete, from floor slabs down to the exterior walls. Built in 1977, it appears to have been condo converted shortly after, in 1979, although it could simply have taken two years to built it.

Suites are spacious, with four measuring 828 square feet, two of them offering 1,144 square feet, and the pappa of them all having 1,196 square feet. They all appear to have a wood-burning fireplace and in-suite laundry. There's some common-property indoor space at the back of the main floor, likely offering some storage.
