Haworth Estates or Centre Apartments

This six-storey 1970s concrete and brick-clad apartment building is still operating as a rental 'last I heard, but condo conversion was apparently imminent in 2007 or 2008. Without a Condo Plan to refer to at this time it's hard to provide details, but it appears there are 38 suites with enough parking beside, tucked under (eight of them) and behind the building for every suite. There's no parkade, but the parking is behind tall fencing with two remote-controlled power gates.

'Nice building with good potential, as the location is just off the fast-developing First Street Village and is a short walk to downtown.
