Point on the Bow

Suites all have central air conditioning, a central vacuum system, and receive softened hot water. Electronic card-key security is at every door, and of course common areas are camera monitored. There are 72 indoor titled parking spots for the 42 homes, so many suites own a second or even a third stall. The stalls are about three feet wider than average, so no one will door-ding the Bentley.
With all these amenities and the large suite floor plans, monthly condo contributions are higher than average. NOTE that unit factors are not applied on the basis of each suite's floor area, but were set by the builder in proportion to market value, so the monthly contributions are greater for a given floor area for suites with better views and higher in the building. Exterior windows and doors are common property. I have the Condo Plan on file, with calculation of each suite's UF per square foot.
