Inglewood Place

Forty-two roomy suites rose here in 1996 when multi-family housing was just starting to develop at the east end of Inglewood. Kenrosa Holdings Ltd. built this frame structure over a concrete in-ground parking garage that houses enough assigned common-property stalls for every suite to have one, and numerous suites have two stalls each. There are also assigned basement lockers.

Only one suite is as small as 797 square feet, while most are two-bedroom and two-bathroom homes in the 900 to 1,000-square-foot range, and they top out at 1,120 square feet. Standards include a natural-gas fireplace, in-suite laundry and storage, a jetted tub, and a large balcony or patio. There are some nice lawns and evergreen trees on the building's east and west sides atop the in-ground parkade.

Exterior windows and doors at Inglewood Place Condos are common property for maintenance and their eventual replacement. The Condo Plan allocates unit factors in proportion to each suite's floor area. I have the Condo Plan on file.
