Sunnyside One and Two

These two concrete-and-steel four-storey walk-ups were built in 1971 and condo converted in 1996. Housing 10 suites each, they are mechanically simple, with one suite each below grade, then three suites each on subsequent floors. Parking is around back in both cases, with four stalls each tucked under the building. Entries are off the east and west sides, with double staircases up the middles of the buildings--a common design and separates front suites from back and avoids long hallways.

The location is premium here, as you can smell the coffee perking at Kensington Village, and walk home with groceries from the Safeway, and either walk to work downtown or take the C-Train from the Kensington Station....'very convenient!
