Construction began late in 2011 by Niklas Group on this three-storey (plus vaulted ceilings) 10-home luxury building one block from the Elbow River and two blocks off Fourth Street, SW. "Mission First" is a nice word play on the location, its prestige, and the First Street, SW, address. The building is to have drive-under parking, two three-level homes, six two-level homes, and two very large penthouse single-level homes with extra windows and vaulted ceilings. Exterior windows and doors will be common property for maintenance and eventual replacement. I have on file all original floor plans. The condominium plan will be registered upon the project's completion.
