Mission Parke
Here's a little gem. This small four-storey walk-up concrete building of 19 suites was built in 1971, converted to condominium titles in 1995, but only renovated and the suites sold off in 2003. Most suites were nicely renovated with open designs, but the builder offered a few for sale "as-is", so those might not be updated. I like the common-property improvements inside, and the the glass-panelled balcony railings.
There are mostly smaller one-bedroom and some two-bedroom suites here, all with outdoor parking 'round back. The smallest home is only 516 square feet, but most one-bedroom suites are closer to 600 feet. The two-bedroom suites are about 835 square feet each. All renovated suites have in-suite laundry, and there are basement storage lockers for everyone. The half-below-grade suites have no patios, but I'd be tempted to dig them out, at least on the garden side facing north.

'Cute place, and 'good location a block off the Elbow River, with million-dollar neighbours in nearby buildings. Exterior windows and doors at Mission Parke are common property for maintenance and their eventual replacement. I have the Condo Plan on file.
