Here's a cutie; twelve small suites with eight indoor assigned parking stalls and four more outdoor assigned stalls around back. We have to guess at the year of construction, but I'd say 1982, and condo converted with a high-end finishing package in 2005 by Vista Group Inc. This is a three-storey walk-up concrete building that always looks tidy. Six suites are one-bedrooms in the range of 465 square feet, and the other six are two-bedroom suites of about 745 square feet.

The exterior renovations look good because of the earth-tone grey and the glass-insert balcony railings. The suite interiors are entirely modern with granite counter tops, dark laminate floors, cherry-stained cabinetry, raised kitchen eating bars, gas fireplaces, built-in shelving, rounded corners, knock-down ceiling finishing and in-suite laundries. Suites all have a large window beside the patio slider doors, so they're more bright than many of their cousins. A couple of suites around back each have an attractive patio with evergreen trees. All exterior windows and doors are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement. I keep the building's condominium plan on file.
