Larch Manor

Small and a bit plain, but built like a bunker, this concrete 17-suite building was poured into place in 1991, then condo converted and spruced up in 2003. Suites are small but were nicely renovated, starting at 450 sq. ft., with the largest plan at 710 sq. ft. Parking stalls are all assigned spots at the back, reached by driving under a portion of the building. All suites received new maple cabinetry and most suites have kitchen granite counter tops, black appliances and other nice touches, although I'm not aware of laundry hookups in the suite, so look for the laundry room on the main floor.

Exterior windows and doors were all replaced in '03 and remain common property for maintenance and future replacement.
