This modern 4.5-storey frame-with-overlay-built condominium was erected in 1998 by an Edmonton builder to house 18 suites in a "stacked" townhouse design. The upper suites are all accessed by internal stairs, so there is no elevator and no common interior hallways, allowing all suites to have windows both east and west. All of the suites face west, where living rooms and master bedrooms have bay windows.

The building begins with a concrete in-ground garage with assigned heated parking for all suites, plus six basements for the first-floor bungalow-style suites, three facing the street and another three behind them facing onto a courtyard separating the two rows of suites. Atop the three east and three west bungalow suites are six suites on each side, and these are more narrow three-level homes. They have a small landing each at the first floor, with stairs to their living level, then stairs to the bedrooms level where the master suite in each has stairs up to a small loft and a generous balcony of about 118 sq. ft.

All suites have a balcony with a gas hookup and a locker off the kitchen area, and glitzy interior finishes are standard with hardwood or laminate flooring, white kitchens, natural-gas fireplaces and white railings on stairs and lofts. Living-area ceilings are all nine feet high, upper-suite bedroom levels have eight-foot ceilings, but the master bedroom suites with their en-suite each have a vaulted ceiling rising 20 feet, leaving 12-foot clearance at the peak over the loft area and its access to the upper deck. Each home has its own forced-air natural-gas furnace heating the two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts.

Floor plans and areas are very similar for the 12 upper homes, which are between 1,134 and 1,167 sq. ft. The main-level six suites vary from the baby at 841 sq. ft., which allows for the common-property walk-through from the sidewalk to the courtyard. The other five range from 1,153 to 1,370 sq. ft., which includes their below-grade area, each with access to the garage. Exterior windows and doors are common property for maintenance and future replacement.
