This modern concrete building houses four large two-storey suites upstairs and four one-level ground-floor suites, completed late in 2011 by Niklas Group, builder of numerous other stylish small Calgary condo developments. The two front-facing one-bedroom suites having their own entrance off the sidewalk.  There are stairs up at both ends of the building and a corridor down the middle of it.  Every suite here will be on a corner, and there's indoor parking beneath the building.
 
The four two-level homes will each offer about 1,300 square feet of space, two bedrooms with double en-suite full bathrooms, a half bathroom on the living/dining level and two balconies plus two almost-balconies, being a door and window that open onto a small projection with railing, one off the dining room and the other off the second bedroom; cute!
 
Exterior windows and doors at Meritage are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement.  I keep on file the original floor plans and will have the condominium plan on file shortly after the building is complete.
