Casel Condominiums by Niklas Group was completed early in 2011 at the top of the Seventeenth Avenue S.W. hill at the far edge of Bankview, offering great views for 56 condo suites, and with four condo retail spaces at grade and eight condominium offices on the second floor. There is indoor titled-property parking for all suites plus for the commercial condominiums. Casel's residential seven floors have an almost oval footprint, carried through to the curving balcony railings; cute, and because of the staggered exterior each of the eight suites per floor feels like it's set on a corner.

Third-floor suites at Casel have the bonus of an oversized balcony/patio that extends over top of the broader two-storey retail/offices podium. And up on the ninth floor suite owners have access to roof-top patios with views in all directions. Casel's suite floor areas range from one-bedroom homes of 660 square feet to two-bedroom two-bathroom suites up to 1,208 square feet.

Exterior windows and doors at Casel are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement (that's a long way off!), and I have on file the condominium plan, as well as most of the building's floor plans.
