Casel Condominiums by Niklas Group was completed early in 2011 at the top of the Seventeenth Avenue S.W. hill at the far edge of Bankview, offering great views for 56 condo suites, and with four condo retail spaces at grade and eight condominium offices on the second floor. Exterior windows and doors at Casel are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement (that's a long way off!), and I have on file the condominium plan, as well as most of the building's floor plans.
