Terraced up the south-facing slope of Springbank Hill, many suites at Robson by Streetside Developments have views south and east to the Elbow River Valley and the forests of the Tsuu T'inna Nation. Young people snapped up these modern and mostly smaller suites before they were even built, balancing the affordability and then almost-rural setting with the drive in to work from Eighty-Fifth Street just off west Seventeenth Avenue.

After a two-year delay in completion of the phased "C"-shaped three-storey building due to trades and materials shortages during boom times, the last of 160 suites were completed in 2007. There are three floors of modern frame construction built on the concrete in-ground parkade housing 197 titled parking stalls and 164 titled storage lockers in rooms off the garage. Thirty-seven suites have two indoor parking stalls. Also atop the parking garage and largely surrounded by the building is a nice sloping courtyard with a barbecue area, visitor parking, and a driveway turn-around. Because the building's three storeys are terraced up the hillside there are five numbered floor levels.

The smallest suites at Robson are 592 square feet and the largest is 969 square feet, with a range of one and two-bedroom floor plans in between. Finishing to every suite was high end with granite counters, nine-foot ceilings, a breakfast bar, black appliances, and a built-in desk. All suites have in-suite laundry, even though the builder didn't package the equipment in the standard purchase price. Every suite has a balcony or a patio with a natural-gas outlet. The building has a small but well-equiped gym.

At April 2009 dogs are permitted with Board approval. Unit factors for suites at Robson are assigned in proportion to each suite's size. Exterior windows and doors are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement. I keep on file all original floor plans and the Condo Plan.
