Built in 2000 by Perera Development Corporation, this four-storey, 46-suite building enjoys a location backing on to Kingsland Park just off MacLeod Trail and the Heritage Drive overpass. The building has an attractive raised roof line and curved balcony projections, giving it a sophisticated presentation. It's called "The Stratford" on the Condo Plan, but "on the Park" is added at the door and in written references.
